I think Alan Ball said to not expect to see Jason with his clothes off this season During the final scene I thought there was enough nudity for this to have been on Cinemax. Although they need to calm down with the amount of padding they put into Anna Paquin's bras. When she has clothes on her boobs look HUGE but when she takes her top off it looks like she goes down 2 sizes |

ok i couldn't figure out WHAT mary ann was, all i could think was "maybe that's the maenad". honestly, i wish they would follow the books
more closely. the reason i started watching the show was because i'm a fan of the book series, which can stand on it's own without help

love the new title change!
The new season is off on a good note. I liked everything about the premiere last night. Especially the hot Bill & Sookie sex :p and seeing Eric. Interested to see him and Lafayette working together for like ever ;) |

Loved the premiere last night! I loved that Lafayette is still alive, Miss Jeannette ate it, the MARYANNOWNAGE, and the Bill and Sookie sex.

Is it possible to avoid spoilers in your True Blood thread title? We aren't watching until the end of the season and although I will not be visiting this thread for the next 13 weeks to avoid spoilers I do come to OSTS everyday... as I did today and found out that Lafayette is indeed alive and well. As excited as I am to know he is alive... I would rather avoid knowing as much as I can until we watch in August... Yes? ETA I can see this is a problem for a few more people than myself.

I don't have HBO. I go to my parents' house to watch it the next day. I don't think it's too much to ask to keep spoilers out of a title. I
haven't even read the thread. I understand using a funny quote or something, but this was like the huge cliffhanger from last season. I'm not all up in
arms, nor am I being unreasonable.

Thread title is awesome. The cat was out of the bag after the show aired last night, so unless you locked yourself in a closet you would know that Lafayette
was alive regardless of the thread title.
I am with McW in that I think MaryAnn (who is awesome so far) killed Miss Jeanette. I read the interview that Maxx posted (thanks) and I am ecstatic to think of two of my fave characters Eric & Lafayette working together and, more importantly, I am looking forward to the scene that we are told about in the interview. Yowza! I would totally turn fangbanger for Eric (and I never go for blondes, but Eric is just all kinds of hot) Also, I thought Anna looks much better this season. I don't know if it's her hair style/coloring that makes her look better or her skin or what, but she actually looked attractive in last night's episode. Maybe it's just the sex she is having with Bill in her real life that has given her a lovely glow. |
