Does Rebecca have any plotlines of drinking a glass of vomit, a sniper, and cunt-kicking? I need certain elements in a story to stay involved.

Max is a wife-beating sniper of sorts, and they like tea! That counts, right?

I'll have to check with Buggles on that. I've heard he is a purist.
How closely does it follow the movie? |

I read about 9 sentences. I gave eury 3x more attention than I give normal posters.

It takes 3x the attention to get 1/10th the sense. |

Cliffnotes version: Max killed his wife for being a dirty whore and I think it's stupid that we are supposed to sympathize with a killer. Oh, and his new
wife's also a whore.

Okay, here's my misundertood-character thought- Scarlett O'Hara. Her over the top flirtation is funny but what a fucking bitch. There's nothing to
admire in her. She covets a man who never belonged to her, and she marries men she doesn't love- using them, essentially. She perserveres by using people
up and then spitting them out. The only person she really seems to love is Melanie, and that's only on her death bed. We're supposed to admire this
nasty bit of work?
And don't get me started on Melanie, the whey-faced angel who had to be literally retarded if she didn't realize Scarlett was trying to fuck her over for the first two hundred pages. This is possibly the dumbest bestseller ever. |

Hitler: if his dad being a bastard wasn't shameful enough, he also had to deal with being an Austrian. He only wanted to belong! He loved art, and it
broke his heart when he was told that he was never going to be the maestro that he had visualized himself as being. He was awarded a medal in WWI for his
outstanding bravery, and when he saw the country that he fought for being driven into the ground he DID something about it. Also a literate man, did he idle
his time away and give up while he was imprisoned? No! He wrote his masterpiece which also gave people hope. Everything he did he did for the land that he
loved.

Howard Roark did, in fact, laugh. And I am not sure anyone really understands that.
He was gaunt. He strode with a purpose, etc.

Scarlett was a spoiled whiney bitch - I did not like the character
I never saw the second Mrs de Winter as a whore, but more as a mousy, flat chested little mouse of a person that Max thought would never cheat on him or cause hm any trouble They're supposedly making a new version of this with Rafe Fiennes |

OK, so last night mr eury and I watched this awesomely horrible movie about this guy who could explode people into fire. Everyone was trying to kill him, as he
was scary and dangerous and stuff, and the whole time I was feeling bad for the guy. It's not his fault he can't control his fiery powers. Yeah, tons
of people were dying, but couldn't they have given him more time to learn some control? The people that ended up dying were retarded, anyway, so it
wasn't that much of a loss. Plus, maybe he could have used his murderous power for good! Stupid fuckers.
(I feel very strongly about this). |
