The guy that our contractor hired to paint our interior would always tell us stories about the fights in his biker bar the previous night.
Needless to say, we had to redo the whole job. |

How much skill does it take to be a member of Congress?

I just finished paying some guys to paint my house, inside and out. And they did a fine job. And the best part was that I did not have to do it! Of course if
weems would have come to Mississippi he could have done it for me.

What about the guy who stands out on the sidewalk in front of Little Cesar's with the guitar-shaped sign advertising $5 pizzas? He doesn't even act
like he's playing the guitar, for crying out loud, he just stands there holding it.
Surely drunken monkey house painting requires more skill than THAT? |

Did he make his own guitar-shaped sign?

I'm pretty sure he didn't... it doesn't look homemade. He could at least strum it a little, like he's playing air guitar, don't you think? |

What exactly does a guitar have to do with pizza anyway?

Has anyone said Zookeeper yet?

I've been wondering the same thing!
All I know is I would be more apt to buy a $5 pizza from a guitar advertisement if the sign-holding guy actually strummed the guitar. |

lower than the painter is the black top resealer. He basically paints a drive way, over charges, and doesn't even have to worry about going over the edge
because it is a lawn. Look, it is just some oily tar shit you put on with a brush, steal some lawn furniture to keep people off the drive and then leave.

Why would a zookeeper need to play a guitar?

To jam with the Banana Splits.

To sell $5 pizzas.

My assertion is solid:
All painters are drunken, pill popping oafs that have the "trade skills" easily obtained by an obedient zoo critter. No one can deny my assertion. |

At least they are sober.
I'm sure they could be trained to paint the baseboards quite well. |

Exterior painters are a bunch of drunks.
Interior painters -- it depends. Are they just sprayin or are they rolling or are they actually painting? Is moulding involved? If it is just spraying, they are usually illegals and drunks. Basically the same with the roller guys. If they are painting and doing woodwork, they are usually actually skilled union painters. Less skilled professions include driveway sealers, deck washers/cleaners, window washers and grass cutters (not exactly landscapers) . The movie about driveway grifters was Traveller with Bill Paxton -- another underrated movie. |

Hellsafire!!! Why didn't you paint your own living room??? It is rather satisfying and easy...plus with the money you saved you could buy yourself a present!!! Should I use a water-based urethane to seal my bathroom floor? How many coats? [House is late 1930s with oak floors.] |
