Were those the ghosts from Pac Man?
Wow, her voice was really over-produced. Based upon Elf, I thought she had a decent voice, and would not need all that production to make her sound good. I guess I was wrong. |

She's not a good actress, but she does fine in most of the roles/movies she's in (like Elf for instance) that just need someone to be cute and
naturally likeable. She & Him is great, and just in general I think she's the perfect woman. So let's say telented goddess.

Not a fan of the genre she's picked. Trying to popularize that Patsy Cline-ish thing may be smart, but her voice doesn't seem to have the range to
pull off something good. And the songs are just bland. No good hooks, nothing to peak one's interest.

I love the fact that Kate embraces her English accent and does not try to sound American when she sings. Lily Allen does the same.
