People Who Drive With Their Lights On In Broad Daylight |
Lead | |
|
Typical American ninnyness about "safety" when it doesn't make any damned difference, it wastes gas, and for all their concern about safety
they're driving while talking on the cell phone.

They probably have cars with daytime running lights.
By the way....it's Canadian ninnyness....this whole pussy-assed idea came from there. |

Did the Canadians have their own manifest destiny where they gradually killed the eskimos as they pushed westward, or did they just kinda join in on ours?

It doesn't waste gas.
I do it because I'm too lazy to turn them off. |

At least in Canada, people see me coming before I hit them.

You are a total retard. Keeping your lights on during the day makes OTHER drivers see you better and it can make a difference. There are a lot of trees around
here and even in the sun you can see them coming and they see you. The jackasses are those with lights off in fog or misty weather (I bet you are one of those
idiots.).

It pleasures me to think that somewhere in canada a total dumbass leaves his radio off to save the environment. |

It burns gas the same way that using your car air conditioner burns gas. Something called the laws of thermodynamics.

What is this "raddio" you speak of?

It is the law of thermoshutthefuckupthat'sthestupidestthinganybodyeversaid.

But of course, the extra load on your alternator created by lit headlamps affects mileage about 1/1000th as much as running your air conditioner does, and your
air conditioner doesn't affect it all that much.

I changed my own alternator once. Also, I used to blowdry my sparklplugs/distributor cap when it would rain and my car wouldn't start.

Did you straighten any of the wires with a straight iron? Because you can't blow dry and NOT style. Seriously.

I make up my headlight turning off laziness with getting out of my car & checking my tire pressure every 5 miles.
I care that much about the environment. |
