I think that's what they call the cheese on the back of Penny's thighs.

My cottage is like the one Loki posted but there is a big swimming rock, a smiling fish, a magic couch, an 8-track player, 3 outhouses, 4 docks, a platform, a
washing machine named Bertha, a boat named Big Blue, we shop at Trash and Treasure, go downriver in the boat the to the fish fry, go further downriver to the
fresh water spring and you heat up water to wash dishes, you bathe in the lake ( Ivory floats, or is it Dove? ) , and you don't shave the entire time you
are there.
And then the first flush toilets are at Paul Weber's. mmmmm Hot dog and fries with Lawry's seasoning on them in a train car |

My college bf was from Toronto, and I think they had a cottage. Sometimes I have these strong flashbacks to him from the huge numbers of Canadians who post
here.

Oh I forgot to mention, mine is on its own island.
Here is the boathouse where you park and honk three times and then someone comes and gets you.

I love it so much up there. Get up early, go out fishing. After dinner, leave the womenfolk to do the dishes and we'd go out fishing again. Come back,
drink and play games.

My bud's ex lived year round at her parents place a couple minutes away from Kurt and Goldie. Martin Short was known as being the biggest asshole in all
the rich and famous in the area. A total douchebag.
What big city Canadians call cottages are pretty much what a large number of Atlantic Canadians call everyday life. I'm thinking about selling coastal and riverfront properties in both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia to Yankees who can't afford U.S. prices. I see some serious markups. It would have been twice as good when the dollar was at 70 cents US. But still very good. If I buy the properties outright and sell them as a private seller I don't even need to be a registered agent. |

You use the outhouse.
It's wooden. It's stinky. I bring a gel air freshener. |
