If its an 8 person jury, Allison most likely votes for R/S/A over Sharon, who was one half of the HOH pair that got her evicted from the house.

Danielle's social game sucked. Not to mention her strategy

Sharon loves her furr-ends! And I <3 Sharon. Glad that she made the list. She was my pre-show favorite for Season 9.

I'm really liking these write-ups. Hopefully the top of the list isn't atrocious.

At least this one was decided by all of us instead of one person starting yet another ranking thread just to glorify their favorite players.
But on the flip side, that probably means Jen will be the best BB player of all time. |

Hopefully not. I'm a Jen fan, but didn't rank her all that high compared to many of the others because c'mon, she was very entertaining, but
hardly the best player.

Nah, no chance Jen is #1. I'll bet she makes top 10. I'm MOST curious to see where Sheila ends up in this whole thing.

What a random person in BB9. While everyone else was going insane and wild Sharon was just calm and collective and got 4th place! Sharon <3 |

The other problem with an open poll is that people always have short-term memory, so expect this list to be composed mostly of BB9ers and BB8ers.

Glad this list finally gained attention. There will be two new postings sometime tonight.
Wyldawg, none of your worst fears will be realized from this list. For one thing, why would people here overrate those from recent seasons in a poll focused on gameplay? That doesn't make a lick of sense. A poorly skilled player from last year will still receive a befitting score, not one that's inflated because they were a recent player. Quit whining. You of all people will be quite happy with the results. |

23. Jessica Hughbanks, BB8 (Score: 89.3)
The first of many on our list from BB8 (I know, I know), Jessica Hughbanks was truly the person most robbed of $500K in the show's history. Her friendly southern charms earned her few enemies in the house aside from a mild middle school rival that was quickly dealt with. I mean, for fuck's sake, the girl managed to avoid the whiny rants of Evel Dick which says it all. Then there's her admirable ability to win HOH when necessary, making her anything but the nice girl that floats to the end. Strategically, she may have been the brightest minded in her season. Take for example her spidey-sense realizing that the Donatos needed to be chopped in half at the Final 7 because they were absolutely untrustworthy trailer trash. Of course, despite protests to her production controlled robot of an alliance mate, she was forced to go after the SeaHag instead. *sigh* A week later, we all groaned (except Louie) when the smug Daniele took the first shot at pulling apart her foursome and chucking Eric & Jessica into the grinder. Truthfully, Jessica's low placing on the list should have an asterisk next to it as she was forced to have a diminished final result because of Alison Grodner's mastabatory fantasies of dick (she'll take any, not just the Evel kind). Her accomplishments and gameplay are downplayed in the same way as a moron dismissing Mike Piazza's home run totals because Mark McGwire hit more which is pretty ludicrous given that McGwire played an easier position (first base) just as the Donatos had an easier position (being family members in a twist that was supposed to involve actual rivals- who the fuck votes out their own daughter?). Then there's the other half of it, McGwire took steroids and the Donatos had America's Player. All I'm saying is that it's an absolute travesty that one of the most well-rounded players in the show's history was undone not by someone one-upping her but by manipulative editing and a fool hardy public gumming down a total asshole painted as a righteous hero. Unfortunately, I'm forced to continue my anti-Donato rants because some of you fuckers don't know how to vote correctly. |

You make a good case for Jessica, and she's a classy girl by BB stardards with a good social game. however, she did let other people run her game, and even
if won it would be a variation on the Amber\Amanda game.
Dustin was a poor choice of pawn to put up, since he was was hated and considered a threat by enough people to make him a tempting target. Remember how Erik was tasked to give her the silent treatment, and Jen pushed for Dustin to go up to protect herself? Jameka would have been a better pawn, and was willing to serve in that role. Not way could AP have sold the rationallity of booting Jameka over Dick to anyone. Later, when Zach won HOH, Jessica did nothing to save herself. She let Erik talk to be him, that's it. |

SurvivorSurvivorSurvivor wrote: laff. Anyway, I don't give Jessica THAT much credit. It was as if Eric was split into two beings, one being Jessica and the other being America's Player. In a way, you really can blame the season for screwing this girl over because after putting Dick and Daniele up, she got fucking spun around by the two of them and Eric into keeping them. That was unbelievable; however, I guess when you have all of these people pushing for you to do something (not to mention, the DR) it is probably pretty difficult to do what you feel is right. |

Jessica's major slip was simply aligning with D/D. Jessica got rid of two beatable allies in her HOH weeks because of it and eventually played the price.
Likable girl, though...

She didn't really have much of a choice though. Eric was her closest ally and it would've been suicide to try and go it alone. Being HOH is all about
appeasing as many people as possible. Aligning with the Donatos wasn't a bad move from her stance because the remaining one (if one left at F9) was bound
to win an HOH anyway. You might as well be on the side of the person that could backdoor you if necessary. Eliminating the competitive threats
(Dick/Daniele/Jen) would've only led Eric/Jessica into a F6 with Jameka/Dustin/Amber/Zach where the two of them were the obvious pair. Eric would've
been sent packing ASAP, leaving Jessica forced to win a few key HOHs at the end of the game. Better odds with the Donatos. Using them to cut out some of their
own and then pointing the cannon at the father-sister duo was the right move. Too bad the producers wouldn't allow her the last part of that plan.
