Tennis is a pretty fun sport to watch, but Olympic tennis is kinda underwhelming. There seems to always be a bunch of top players missing, who don't seem to take the Olympics too seriously. I think all the Grand Slams are more exciting than Olympic tennis. |

Trying to get this list done are we?
I'm still hoping for a gymnastics/swimming Final 2. I can't wait to find out what great idea you thought of for a ranking list. I'm excited for it. |

Tennis sux in the olympics.
Does anyone know if Maria Sharapova is going to carry Russia's flag during the opening ceremonies? I heard that she wanted too. Kind of funny since she speaks Russian with a American accent. |

Tennis is just a more stressful version of badminton. No love.

Bowling and golf should be Olympic sports. Why aren't they in there? WTF?

Track and Field (Athletics) There are many reasons why athletics kicks ass. It awards the most gold medals (a whopping 47). It is a truly universal sport, where athletes from all continents win medals. (Probably the only 1 too) The feeling of being in the stadium is absolutely amazing (or so everyone says). The sheer variety of events is also staggering. From sprinting to long distance running, to throwing stuffs to jumping. My favorite events are probably the 4X400 meter relay, 400m, 800m, triple jump, pole vaulting. (Pretty random lol) Oh, and the 110/100 m hurdles are nice too. Nonetheless, I kind of prefer 4 events to this. |

I agree 100% with your love of pole vaulting.

I love hurdles.
Despite me being short, it was one of few things I was good at in gym class. When the 6 foot athletic kid gets beat in an even race by a little 5'2" geek, that's massive lulz. |

Track and field <3 I mean, it's not really a "sport." The fastest person will always win, a dur, but...still fascinating to watch. |

Diving I love watching diving and I have watched quite a few competitions (including Worlds). It's incredibly beautiful to watch, and the addition of synchronized diving doubles the fun. The 10m platform is really exciting (more opportunity for difficult, perfect, awe-inspiring dives although that also means more ugly dives, which are laffotastic) However, gymnastics > diving. I was looking for high quality diving videos and found this instead. Maybe this will interest you girls/guys more? |

Mmm, I do lurve me some diving. Especially men's diving, for obvious reasons. I certainly approve of a sport where the athletes are required to wear
nothing but a Speedo.
There's this one guy in particular from Canada called Alex Despatie who is particularly... impressive to watch. But apparently he's straight or some bullshit. |
