They make British people look like Audrina Patridge. Seriously, every time they show a Chinese athlete open their mouth, their teeth look all fucked up. Especially the little gymnast children. That's not racism, that's not 'ugly american-ism' - that's just me watching a bunch of people with fucked up teef. Well, I guess this kind of reaction validates what the Chinese officials said about the lip-syncing girl at the opening ceremony. They said they decided to 'hide' the real singer because, for one thing, she's got crooked teeth and they wanted to portray a positive image of China for the whole world to see. This whole lip-syncing thing is just another proof that many talented people who are 'ugly' work behind the scene while less talented but pretty people get all the credit. Like Candice Bergen said, it is true that "when you are pretty, the society rewards you. You don't have to do much. Things just happen. People do things for you." It sucks, but I guess that's 'life' or 'reality' or whatever. I just hope the real singer's family has enough money to fix her teeth.

My son who is nine does the split leg dive like Phelps and his coaches here are trying to kick it out of him. He's going to use the Phelps defence from now on. lol They're both loving the breaststroke. Previously they were both "boppers" (short arm action) but they're being trained to do long arm action and as the gold medal winners are using that, they're into it. Oh and dear nydailynews.com: A 27-year-old New Zealander, Ross Burmester, led the race through the 100, before Phelps' unflagging endurance took over. That's Moss Burmester, thank you. :)

Without them he would be burning nothing and that could harm his body. Metabolic Rate is the rate at which the body burns up calories. A body that consumes 2500 calories a day, and burns 2500 calories a day will stay at the same weight. A body consuming 2500 calories daily but burning only 2000 will gain weight at the rate of about 1lb a week.
