Ok, this is really cool.
I also find it mildly creepy |

I'm watching the Opening Ceremony and it is really amazing how artistic the Chinese are. It's really gonna be tough to improve upon this ceremony in
later years.

Are the Commies showing the world the happy side of life instead of their hell hole? It's all LIES and brainwashing. Can Canada do better? I mean, they
let China make their ugly clothing. Will they trade secrets?

Equestrian is on right now, if anyone is interested. It's the dressage, which means they're showing off their riding skills as opposed to the actual
jumping over fences and such.

I remember someone a few pages back mentioning sports in the Olympics they felt were dumb and I must chime in. Can someone explain to me how in the world table
tennis is actually considered a sport? I really, really do not understand. I mean, sure they are very active during it and all that, BUT REALLY? It's more
of a game, it's not as if they have golf in the olympics.

they're practically the national sports.

I do agree that table tennis sounds odd. It's not like they have to go to the gym or anything.

You bitches have obviously not witnessed the GLORY that is ping pong at the OLYMPICS!

I know I'm like an hour late but those grey poles that jutted out and made the form of a wave was incredible.
Great opening ceremony |

We in Vancouver will have a tough time getting anything near as complex or extravagant when our Olympic turn comes in 2010. Got to give the Chinese props! whoot! |

Heliox: Chariot racing was in the first Olympics. They also had Olympic play, poetry, and music competitions.

The Norwegian unifoms were the horrid ones right? With the horrible leaf prints on the jackets and the terrible hats.
