Ok, "terminated" is too strong a word when it concerns the Taliban. Yes, they are still around. Mullah Omar is probably not wormfood just yet. But they don't run the country, and while they have made a resurgence as of late, they get spanked by the US military whenever and whereever they stick their head up.
