I love this thread and love the bias too! I mean, the title is called "QSF Daily Recrap"...aka, YOUR point of view/recap. Of course it will be
biased! Even a few seasons ago when I disagreed with your favorites, I still enjoyed reading the thread.
Thanks...I am sure it is a lot of work! |

It is my journey through each BB season, watching the goings on in the house, doing some analysis, and reporting accordingly. I even ADMIT when I favor or hate certain players, so people reading the recrap can filter the commentary accordingly. You are welcome to not read it. Go to the other sites who just report the feeds daily like a newspaper article. This recrap is more what you will find on the opinion page of a newspaper. There is a difference, and it is an intended difference. If I was just writing for the daily report, I wouldn't do it for free, I would do it on a site that paid me. I am just another fan who likes the cutting edge we have at sucks, thus I contribute here. |

Die, I don't know why I feel squeamish about the blatant conning plan for the gold bars. I don't know if it is because Jerry is an old fart who is
pretty stupid, or what. I just am not comfortable with how cold this is.
However, I do love this new addition to the game. If they do this in future seasons, I think the houseguests will figure out how to put them in play for strategic purposes and I think it will be really interesting. But when you consider Memphis and Dan each already have won close to $30K minimum if you consider their stipend and more than likely to be sitting at the end (at least one of them), it just makes me squeamish they are thinking about doing this to Jerry. Jerry is leaving this game with his 4 gold bars and his stipend which is a hair under $10K, closer to $9K. So he will be earning a gross 1099 amount of $13K for a few weeks away from home. He is at the age when they don't deduct social security from him, so he can use the gold bars, pay his taxes, and put the stipend in that college fund he talks about for his grand kids. I don't want him near the money at the end because we know he has an adult son who is a leech and this tool will probably give him the earnings and it will be blown. I don't even like Jerry and I am sure this dumb fuck will give his winnings to his worthless son, but I think I have heard him say he wants to start a college fund for his grand kids with this money. I think that is a better use for them than Memphis would use them for. But I know, this game isn't about giving the people who deserve it the most, any money.

I just hope that if she has to cut keesha to get there, she will be willing to do it. But I think Keesha is a good goat for her. Renny can win this game against anyone left in the house right now. I worry about her F2 HOH chances because I don't see her winning the first 2 physical competitions and I don't think she knows enough about the game to understand that crap shoot question bout at the end (how do former houseguests complete this statement). I don't think anyone will take her to the end, she is going to have to win HOH to sit there for the jury. |

Dan- Memphis- Renny-- I'm pretty sure each one of them will take the person they think they can win against. Keesha- I'm not so sure. |

Dan Pulls His Move, Bye Bye jury Votes | ||
|
It happened today. Dan put Michelle up to replace Memphis on the block. Dan had this convoluted round robin during the POV ceremony asking people who they
think he should put on the block. Between that and the double cross, it was like grinding his heel in the faces of Ollie, Michelle and Jerry. 3 jury votes.
I don't think there is enough time in the game for anyone else to piss these 3 off more than they are pissed off at Dan right now. However, I have been
told in the live feed discussion thread that jury votes are moot until people get to the final 2. Dan has a good chance of sitting there, so this move on his
part, the WAY he executed it, makes no sense. He would have been better off to just nuke the deal after he got the HOH, tell Ollie that he was a fool to
believe any deals have to be honored and just run his HOH in a way to get done what he needed to get done in the game and to minimize the blow back. Instead,
he turned a fan on the blowback and accelerated shit coming back at him.
Michelle is dismayed. She is going through all the stages of loss, denial, grief, outrage, etc. She feels she didn't deserve to be the one screwed by Ollie's deal (Michelle, you lost HOH dear). Ollie and Michelle are just too stupid to live. They think that Dan is a plant because nothing he has done makes sense to them. They still haven't gotten to their "aha" moment where they realize that there is a real alliance of 4 in the house against them. Ollie threw a temper tantrum that we could not see on the feeds. We had to hear the play by play by Memphis, Dan and Keesha in the HOH room who watched it on the spycam. He threw a lollipop inside the house and it shattered into pieces (omigosh!!) Keesha is skipping meals but eating junk food all day. She seriously needs to get some nutritional counseling. And she needs to be smacked for not eating the nutritious meals that Renny prepares. Michelle is trying to get votes, but she is toast. Dan set up this very elaborate HOH week, yet due to the fast forward on Thursday, I don't think there is enough time in the show to air enough of the back story for this HOH week to make any sense to the viewers. We will have to figure out how BB swings it when they air the episodes And folks, there is a not very nice poseur ghostie here who is doing parody posts with a bite to them that peeps are falling for. The quietromcenfan is not me. I don't have that kind of mean streak in me to ambush people like that ghostie is doing. It is amusing to some of the posters here, but to those who don't know the regulars here very well, they won't understand the "humor" behind the post intent. Whatever. Peaceout. |

QSF - Thank you for the recaps! I've been away for the last few days and had no idea what was going on in the house...now I have a better idea! I know in
the past I have criticized you for your bias, but I agree that bias is not only fine, but I like that you're completely open about it and don't try to
be unbiased. It helps.
That being said--are you sure you still want to call this season a "shitfest"? I know we're having a bit of Pagonging going on, but the level of drama has never been higher...Ollie's temper tantrum sounds amazing and I hope they show it on TV. Plus, Michelle going up instead of Ollie is definitely a shocker to me...I thought she was set for the final 5, so this was unexpected to me. I know you were disappointed Angie left so early--but really now, these crazies seem to have contributed a lot to the game, and I do think after the pagonging it's going to be wild seeing the rest of the season play out. Whatever happens, though, Thursday is going to be insane! I hope Ollie gets sent packing. |

Instead, he turned a fan on the blowback and accelerated shit coming back at him.I think Dan took those extra few day after he made the deal to figure out what he could about OMJ, try to firm up his own alliance and separate them from for good from OMJ, and make sure his alliance took some of the blame for his decisions. Some of this may backfire (Renny got upset about the schemes for the POV meeting and Dan coming between her and Renny), but it also meant he could muddy the waters instead of just being the guy who broke a deal. Last night after most of the others had gone to bed, Jerry and Ollie were outside and they spewed all forms of bile about Keesha, very vicious comments about her appearance and life, along with some shots at the other three. Dan seemed to get the least of it. They said they want Memphis out, and if he wins POV, then they'd get Dan out. So even though Memphis was the one most seriously put in danger by Dan this week, he still ends up being the main target of the people Dan blindsided. MOJA had already said they wouldn't vote for Dan, even before this deal ever happened. After the pure loathing Jerry and Ollie seem to feel towards Keesha, and Memphis, I'm still not sure if they would vote for either of them over Dan at F2, even though they also have no use for Dan. |

Where is this weird "bias" stuff coming from? Q takes days of fairly complicated conversation and distills it into an easy-to-read and follow
format, with the occasional aside tossed in about certain houseguests. How some have managed to find a way to complain about this, I have no idea, other than
some people will complain about ANYTHING.
What you need to do is say "thanks," or "this is too 'biased' and I'll move on," not complain about something that isn't really there. Thanks Q -- and keep the good work coming. Half the time, your wrap ups are the only way I can follow what the hell is going on, thanks to Dan's weird and elaborate plan -- oh no, I gave an opinion! Bias! Bias! (I am a bit confused about all the subterfuge regarding the alliance -- I get that it was so elaborate because he wanted to create what appeared to be a schism between himself and Memphis, but now that it's been done -- why? Michelle's gone, Jerry and Ollie don't have the votes -- why not just be open and upfront about it at this point in the game? I did love Dan's "It's just a game" to Ollie tho - about time someone said that)

Dan's whole week was centered around trying to dispell any idea that he and Memphis have Final 2 pact. He felt if Memphis were nominated, no one would
dream that they were locked for an F2 deal. That might have been a good reason to do it a few weeks ago, but then the vote would have been more risky.
However, this late in the game, I think if by chance Ollie or Jerry win hoh this week (
One thing that really bothered me last night was how Dan and keesha were gloating because "they are already turning on each other". Michelle told memphis that if he votes to keep her, she will put Ollie up on Thursday. So they are dismissing Michelle, Jerry and Ollie for not being loyal to each other. It is kind of hard to be loyal to a group when they are out of power for 2 straight HOH competitions. People have to scramble for their individual survival in the game. If the shoe were on the other foot, Keesha and Dan and company would also be scrambling to cut deals and sell each other out. People inside the house lose the perspective to see things from the other peep's viewpoint, as do us feedwatchers, too. I just thought it was ironic that Dan and Keesha were conveying their contempt for Michelle trying to scramble for votes. What else is someone in that position supposed to do? |

I to feel icky about the gold bar scheme. Not that I think they'd really do it, I imagine it to be more of a "what if we did that" sorta thing.
But it's not because it's Jerry, but because it's a con. If they were honestly trying to "sell" their vote, I'd be all for it. But
planning on such a devious con with only a small monetary offering to be obtained makes it skeevey to me. Jerry's not gonna win, they know that almost 100%
at this point, so why take the pitiful little $300 that Jerry has? Just doesn't seem right.

Jerry has $4K, not $300, but still that is a fraction what Memphis' car is worth and Dan's $20K that he got for virtually not doing anything that
wasn't already going to be done that week in the game. Considering Jerry's $4K is about 50% of the stipend, it is a huge extra cash win. Considering
the car is worth about double the stipend and Dan's $20 K is more than double the stipend, it just puts it into perspective.
What I didn't like about that conversation is how dumb they think he is. Jerry knows they have to vote one of them out, and by now he has figured out it isn't him. He won't deal with them, he doesn't need to. But these tools just don't even give Jerry that much credit. That whole conversation was skeevy to me. But as I said, I hope they bring the bars into the game more next season. It could bring some new twists and turns into the game. |

typo, I meant it to read $3000, and I was just rounding. Cause it was $10,000 split 3 ways, right? Closer to 3g's. Doesn't matter, still crappy imho

April took $5K, and Jerry was supposed to get $3K and Libra $2K. However, she felt guilty about the double cross or sumfin, and somehow another $1K went over
to Jerry from Libra. Libra told him that she had the trip, too.
