I still think the roulette wheel won't be what loses him the game, that if he loses, it will be due to AP or getting rid of Jessie. If he does lose in a landslide because of that, at least he would have made F2. No matter what happens, at least he's avoided that sequester house.

The smartest plan for Memphis, if you ask me, is to let Dan win one part, agree to Jerry's plan to throw one part to Memphis, then tank the last HOH and let Dan make the decision. Dan would love to send Pepaw out of the game, and he's not getting that vote even if Memphis won and took Jerry out.

What I don't care for is that I know the edit will probably position D/M as the cocky players who are allowing Jerry through not realizing what a threat he might be. I think Dan DOES realize, and has said as much. I hope the show will mention his unease, and that he isn't making the decision, Memphis is.

It's been seven years since my favorite made the F2. I'm not going to assume it will happen this time. I think if BB does any meddling, they would want a D/M F2, because that is huge drama (M/J would be more of an anticlimax) and since Dan and Memphis have run the second half of this season, it would be a nice coda for the season. But you never know what will happen. I can't say Dan is going to ace the comps and he'll kick ass, because you never know.

I do think that he is very concerned about Memphis' loyalties, and he's not underestimating Jerry. If he's not going into this overconfident, and if he's seriously playing to win, then I'm more confident in his chances.

And what happens, happens. Hope for the best and expect the worst. Especially on BB.
