eta - this is pissing me off, it doesn't seem like they're going to show that Memphis agreed that it was the best move for Dan to put him up.

The thing is, this was Dan's choice, so he has no one to blame but himself if it backfires.

HATRED for this luxury prize.
not only do i hate someone to have jury member access but he should not be allowed to keep it secret. |

Why did he even tell them that he had the option of taking one of them?

Yeah, he made the right decision.
Leaving either Memphis or Keesha alone with Jerry would have been just cruel. Jesus, Jerry. Have you NEVER watched Survivor? All of the lame rewards could be 'game changing!' It's called exposing alliances. |

Friggen Jerry figured it out even though he doesn't realize it. This is the worst possible thing Grodner could do in my opinion. A jury of any kind
should never be tainted in any kind of way.

He told them he had the choice to take one of them so they'd think that was what the card meant when it said "could change the game."
If he said "I won a trip to a private beach by myself" how does that change the game? They'd have caught onto that and worried about what it could mean by 'game changing.' It was smart. |

He made them think the choice was whether to take anyone with him. That way they were less likely to suspect he was actually taking a member of the jury. |
