The Personas Add-On can be downloaded here.
Here's a link to a page which will let you know the dimenions for creating your own, as well a template PSD files for photoshop:

First up, a generic Survivor Sucks theme. This is what it looks like in the browser:
What's cool about Personas is that when the address/search boxes or a tab pops up in front of it, you can still see the persona.
There's also a Lividmanda Persona. It's pink (LividManda's favo color), so I'd never use it, but whatevs.

Phew! I zipped them as .rar files and uploaded to RapidShare. YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!

Instructions for loading/displaying in Firefox:
To get these in your browser, first put the header and footer images somewhere where you'll remember where they are.
Now, you're first going to go into the little fox icon at the bottom of your Firefox browser (that is the Personas icon).
Go into the Preferences, and at the bottom choose to "Show Custom Persona in menu".
Now, go back into the fox icon again and choose "Custom Persona" > "Edit".
Choose a name for the Persona, and then browse for the header and footer images in the next two boxes.
You can choose the text and accent colors too (these will only affect the colors of the words that appear on top of the images. Such as "File/Edit/etc." and your bookmark text colors.
Hit okay, and you should be all set! =O
