taste like rubber it will taste like shit.

It really depends on lobster. I like the occasional lobster tail in a surf n turf arrangement but I have to really be in the mood to tackle a whole one with the mess that it creates. A really good lobster bisque will curl your toes. |

Had the best Yellow Fin tuna at Jumpin Jay's the other night...so fucking good. Pan seared, thick and rare and tender. Gah. I'm hungry already.

I like lobster just fine. The best I ever had was a caribbean lobster in mexico. It was baked or broiled and the fucking thing was HUGE. I only ate about a
quarter of it but it was really super good.
I like the simplicity of lobster though. Lobster rolls really freak me out like fish tacos do. Maybe I just don't feel the need to make a sandwich out of seafood (except tuna salad). |

I might allow Black Sea Bass to occupy the pedestal next to the snapper.
Wonderful, but too hard to find. Best bet is to catch it yourself. |
