I listened to the last half and Troy went into a shell and really played not to lose, and made 2 HUGE turnovers that gave LSU the ball in the Troy redzone.

LSU showed a lot of heart to come back but Troy vomited all over themselves at the end.

just got back from the mizzou - isu game.

-we stopped for 30 minutes at a gas station 30 minutes outside of columbia to wait for a dude that missed the bus
-we stopped for lunch at a rest stop in iowa that had nothing but vending machines. i had no cash money.
-it was really cold at the stadium D=
-a tire popped on our bus on the way back D= D= D=
-we won =D

Oh, man, that was embarrassing. I listened to the game, but I'm over it. When Miles starts playing Jefferson and stops being a dumbfuck, I'll comment. But until then, I'll just sit back and think about what he did to Perriloux and wonder why he won't let the black boys play quarterback.

The Rutgers game was friggin awesome down in Tampa...from 1-5 to 5-5 now...now just Army & Louisville left :)

If we win the last 2 and win a bowl game it will feel like so much more than an 8-5 season with the way that the team started, really really proud of the team.

I didn't get to see it (or hear it). I was at a conference last night, but I got to see the highlights. I dunno, maybe Lee is learning in his freshman year.

I gotta disagree on the whole Perriloux thing. 1) The kid was a cancer on the team and Les HAD to do something and 2) See Jacksonville this year. Perilloux sucks there, so we wouldn't have been so much better off necessarily. We have much better players than Jacksonville, but I'm thinking RP would have had to do something there since they don't really play anyone if he was as good as we heard all along.

Florida is going to take the SEC though. They're playing too good and Bama struggled with a mediocre LSU team that had a lot of passion. Florida is going to come in with passion AND real talent and Bama won't be able to hang.

Top 25 NCAAF Teams

1 Texas
moves up a space to reclaim best college football team after winning at Kansas 35-7. Despite the last second loss at Texas Tech earlier this season, the longhorns have played a far stronger schedule than Texas Tech so far (7 vs 50) and they have more big wins under their belt (Oklahoma, Missouri, Oklahoma State). Texas hosts Texas A&M in two weeks.

2 Texas Tech
slips a space during their bye week as rival Texas passes them. However, the raiders have the opportunity to re-pass Texas to take No. 1 when they play at Oklahoma in next week's biggest game.

3 Florida
remains at 3 after blasting South Carolina 56-6. The gators host Citadel next week. Why?

4 Southern California
moves up a space after avenging themselves at Stanford 45-23. The trojans host Notre Dame in two weeks.

5 Alabama
moves down a space after beating a weak Mississippi State 32-7. Despite being an undefeated SEC team, Alabama has played an extremely weak schedule so far (72). There are 65 BCS teams, meaning Alabama is playing a mid-major strength schedule. The crimson tide is fortunate Auburn and Troy didn't upset Georgia and LSU respectively because that would have been disasterous for Alabama. The crimson tide host Auburn in two weeks.

6 Oklahoma
remains at 6 during their bye week. The sooners will have a huge opportunity to shoot up this list when they host Texas Tech next week in a monumental SEC match-up.

7 Penn State
remains at 7 after beating Indiana 34-7. The nittany lions host a dangerous Michigan State team next week in the last showcase Big 10 game of the season. And if Penn State loses, they could also lose their Rose Bowl to either Ohio State or Michigan State.

8 Oklahoma State
moves up a space after winning at Colorado 30-17. The cowboys host rival Oklahoma in two weeks.

9 Missouri
jumps four spaces after hammering Iowa State 52-20. The tigers host Kansas in two weeks.

10 Ohio State
jumps four spaces after winning at Illinois 30-20. Earlier OSU opponents also fared well this week, helping the buckeyes. Ohio State hosts a fallen Michigan rival next week.

11 Utah
falls three spaces after beating a 1-10 San Diego State 63-14. Moreover, they gave other teams playing stronger opponents an opportunity to pass them by. Utah hosts its final game against Bigot Young next week in a match-up we've been looking forward to all year. At stake: a BCS bowl.

12 Georgia
remains at 12 after winning at Auburn 17-13. The bulldogs host rival Georgia Tech in two weeks.

13 TCU
falls two spaces during thier bye week. The Texas Christians finish their season when they host Air Force next week.

14 Boise State
falls four spaces after beating Idaho, possibly the worst team in Div. 1A, 45-10. BSU's SOS is now 123. There are 120 Div 1A teams, meaning the broncos are playing a Div 1AA-strength schedule so far. Boise State travels to Nevada next week.

15 North Carolina
remains at 15. The tar heels missed a 28 yard field goal to lose at Maryland 15-17. Despite the loss, earlier opponents of North Carolina, particularly Boston College, performed well this week, assisting the tar heels. North Carolina hosts North Carolina State next week.

16 Oregon State
rises two spaces after beating California 34-21. The beavers are two games away from clinching the Rose Bowl away from USC. Oregon State travels to Arizona next week for their final away game.

17 Michigan State
remains at 17 during their bye week. The spartans travel to Penn State next week in a major Big 10 match-up with significant BCS implications.

18 Boston College
moves onto the list after winning at Florida State 27-17. The eagles fly to Wake Forest next week.

19 BYU
returns to the list after winning at Air Force 38-24. The gay-hating bigots travel to Utah next week. The winner of this game takes the Mountain West Conference. And if Utah wins, they've assured themselves a BCS game.

20 LSU
remains at 20 after a massive fourth-quarter comeback to beat Troy 40-31. The tigers host an extremely dangerous Mississippi team next week.

21 Miami-Florida
falls two spaces. Despite a 16-14 win over Virginia Tech, Miami's earlier opponents (Wake Forest, North Carolina, Florida State) didn't fare well this week. On the bright side, Miami-Florida is now in complete control of its destiny in the ACC-Coastal division, but the hurricanes will lose control completely if they lose at Georgia Tech in a major ACC game this Thursday night.

22 Ball State
falls six spaces after struggling to beat an extremely weak Miami-Ohio 31-16. The cardinals SOS is 127 right now- Div. 1AA strength. Their next two opponents should help strengthen Ball State's schedule though. The cardinals fly to Central Michigan this Wednesday night.
