Adding to Superbad and 40 Year old Virgin:
- Wedding Crasher - WTF was this? There was no structure, no plot, no movie..it was an funny idea about guys that crash wedding that went stale after about 30 minutes. It was a mess and not even Rachel McAdams who I love could save it for me. - Brick - I don't care if this was stylized film noir, the diologue was insanity, it was complicated, stupid and unbearable to sit through. Complete crap. La Vie En Rose - saw this the other day. it was pretty much a by the numbers biopic with a really great performance that got the movie more attention than it shouldReminds me of Notes on a Scandal. A+ acting made the movie in reviews seem like it was some fantastic picture when it reality it was a C+ movie (predictable, Lifetime inspired, no better written then some tv movie) w/ great acting. |
