I started a Survivor IM thread like 2 years ago, and had a blast doing it. But then, that fucker, NAA, got jealous of me and moved all of my threads to the
Dump (asshole!). Since there is an entirely new "generation" of Sucksters here now, I thought that some of you could try making a few IMs!
Here's a couple of examples:
Here's how to make one:
1. Right-click on the "Katie" IM from the first post. Choose SAVE AS.. and put it on your Desktop.
2. Find pics of the Survivors that you want to "chat" in your IM
3. Open Photoshop or PSP. Open the "Katie" IM image. Then USE A SEPARATE LAYER FOR EACH SURVIVOR PIC!!! Paste your Survivor 'avatars' into the IM, giving each one its own layer.
4. Use separate layers for each line of text.
All you are basically doing is "piling" all of your avatars and lines of text onto the main IM image. Then you use PSP or ImageReady (comes with Photoshop) to animate it.
If you don't understand what I just said, just PM your ideas to me and I'll make an IM for you.
