Lauren Gottlieb



Lauren was pretty dreadful. When she got into the top 20 I thought I was going to like her, but she turned out to be pretty craptacular She was pretty much mediocre in most of her routines (salsa, hip hop, tango, jazz, krump, etc). I enjoyed her hip hop with Pasha and that was about it. (I also enjoyed the krump, because she fell in the middle of it ) Her solos were also meh, especially that one solo where she spent 15 seconds taking off a jacket and another 15 second prancing and walking on stage She was in the bottom three 2 times in the first five weeks and was in the bottom four 2 times again before FINALLY getting booted In fact, even Nigel, who loved her, admitted near her elimination time that she had peaked way too late for the show, basically only dancing at a high level towards the end of her journey. That she managed to survive until the top 6 over dancers like Sara, Shauna, Anya or even Jessi still leaves me Obviously, having Nigel somehow love you helps.

Apart from her lackluster dancing, she was also one of the great mug queens of the season Her constant mugging was excessively annoying and made me want to slap her. She also had one of the true WTF moments of the season when she revealed her faux Asian alter ego Misha Chan What the heck was that? I don't think she looks Asian at all, but apparently, some people do. I guess she justs gets a kick out of it, but whatever, it was just juvenile and bizarre. So for being a craptacular Faux Asian wannabe mug queen, and Lauren gets the last spot <3,

Ashlee Langas


Ashlee was also one of my pre-show favorites, and I thought her dancing would be just as smoking as she is. Unfortunately, she was paired with Ricky, who though (probably) a very competent dancer, was much shorter than she was. They ended up getting the tango, and their chemistry just wasn't there No doubt, the fact that Ashlee towered over Ricky played a role, but these two really got the short end of the stick. While I would have liked to see more of Ashlee, even her dancing for your life solo was pretty craptacular, so she really can't go higher than this.

Jimmy Arguello


There just isn't much to say about Jimmy. During the two weeks he was there, he was decent, but there nothing particularly memorable about him, and I believe he was in fact, a substitute? Regardless, he was kind of a nonentity on the show, so here he is at #17.

Kameron Bink


After having 3 nonentities in a row, here is finally someone who made it somewhere on the show... except that he was also pretty much a nonentity. Having Lacey as partner was definitely mixed blessings for Kameron: good because she basically carried him to the top 10, but bad because Lacey's enthusiastic, sometimes over-the-top personality pretty much overshadowed any ounce of personality Kameron could have. While the judges praised Lacey consistently, they often referred to Kameron as a prop only to Lacey The instant the voting became individual, Kameron got axed, which really wasn't a surprise to anyone, except maybe Mia Kameron just wasn't memorable at all, and I can't think of one routine where he really nailed it.
