I always thought Chloe was a bitch and got what was coming to her. Too bad the girls had to bury the hatchet. Of course, Mimi's character got pretty absurd, so by the time the character was written out of the show, I didn't really care about her anymore. Still, I loved her during her early years. Back on topic: will anyone from the short-lived Sunset Beach (other than Eddie Cibrian) be making the list?
