I'm thinking the cast will be 60/50/40/30 years old. The rooms are being decorated according to the styles/music/events of those era's.

I hate to say it, but I'd miss the eye candy and bikini's running around (obviously not like bb9, but bb6-8).
I'm cool with like 3 or 4 older houseguests, but no Gerry's or Jack's pl0x... BB tends to cast the most boring older players. It'll probably be on a wednesday, so if the cast reveal is not tomorrow i expect it next week. |

I don't know where they got the information but BBlounge is saying that the big press day for BB is July 9th and that's when they'll release the
cast pics.

I was teasing about the flirting, I just wanted all the sleuths to be heads up this weekend. :)
Someone on Joker's said there was a new commercial this morning that said something like- "You've never seen a BB like this before" "2 months, 13 HGs, 16 evictions" Huge grain of salt, it was typed in net/text speak crap and from someone with very few posts, but y'all be on the look out for it! |

I'm thinking any moment now we'll get a cast announcement. I've been thinking any time past day 13 days out it could happen and here we are - 12 days out. (bama's posts confirm the logic). They're killing me - I want to know who's in the house already. 16 evictions. I wonder if there's any truth to that. If so, we're looking at people coming back, right? While I'm not sure I love this twist, it would make for interesting houseguest politics. Don't burn any bridges, bitches! |

How long are the houseguests usually in the house before the premiere of the show? Isn't it usually about a week or so? With only 12 days left until the
first episode airs, theoretically CBS should be sending in their "test houseguests" any day now. Remember before last season when they sent in a
bunch of entertainment news people to spend 24 hours or something in the house:

If they act more like UK the show will be so much better. I seriously doubt they would ever be a lot like UK with no strategy and the public voting for
evictions, but this is a start. I just hope these rumors are true.

I like the strategy talk and I like some aspects of our competitions, these are the changes I would make:
-Live Entrance special into house. Doesnt have to be an entrance special but at least like 1 long 2 minute clip of all the houseguests (less tacky than the current lame key finding thing... "oh look a key mysteriously showed up on my fishing hook. -_-) -Crowds on live evictions - check. -Best bits on eviction night instead of goodbye messages. -Simplification of the veto ceremony. Personally I'd like for the HOH to nominate 3 houseguests and have America vote to save one of the 3. I just think the veto thing is too complicated for the casual viewer and it is a bit overdone IMO. -Better graphics. Get rid of that fucking ugly text that is shown in confessionals and update it to be cool and modern lik BB should be. Don't even mention the "Day 1" graphics to me. -Big Brother as an entity in the house with a cooler background/chair in the diary room. Those are the big changes I would make if I were in power and it looks like some of them are being made. |
