I get a static image a lot but the audio is OK. I also find that I get better video when I use realtv viewer. (Sorry but it doesn't seem to be available for download anymore.) I get the Reloader & use it some too but it's not as clear for me as realtv. I rarely use Real Player because it's the worst. I think the 29.99 special was only for BB8. I don't recall anything cheaper for BB9. You best deal is via Reloader. Keep in mind that the 39.99 deal still gives you the first 2 weeks free. So you can try it & cancel if you don't like it.

The $29.95 seasonal pass worked even when clicking through the bbreloader link. There was a code we entered to get that deal. I will go look at some of the other BB websites to see if Realplayer has sent out any deals. I am holding off ordering my pass until next week in case they do come out with a deal.
