My son gave me an extra one that he had that an old roomate left gave him. I hooked it up and called the cable company, they asked me if I bought a new one,
i stupidly told them no and they would not hook me up unless the prior owner called and said it was ok for me to use it? wtf do they care, i could have bought
it a a fucking yard sale for all they know.
