I've never had the pleasure of seeing a palmetto bug. But I did find a baby centipede on my fucking kitchen floor last week, picked it up with a Kleenex,
flushed it down the toilet and felt creepy crawly for days after.

I am happy that the roaches found their queen and wanted to show her love and respect but saddened that TC was incapable of grasping the obviousness of the

I always wonder when traveling thru South Carolina why are they so darn proud of being the Palmetto state??????Yuck all I think of when I see thier palmetto
state signs is of those nasty palmetto bugs. I guess they are talking about the tree, but still yuck!!!! Still I wouldn't even be proud of the tree the

My boyfriend has what he calls "Camel Crickets" in his basement.
Basically they are obscenely fat brown crickets with legs so long that they can jump from the floor to your face in one bound. I never saw them before I moved in here, and I'm terrified of them. Is this normal? |
