From what I understand, in layman's terms...
the water is "microwaved" to release its hydrogen atoms, the H2 then reacts with another chemical to produce combustion.
So it's essentially the "same" as hyrdrogen powered cars, but instead of hyrdogen fuel directly, this is created from the water.
