What is that on my head?
I'm starting to think you're not evil enough. Back in the oven with you, sir. I'll get you to be evil yet. The third time is always the charm. |

That's about as evil as I can be.

I just watched the Orphanage. I liked it, it wasn't too scary, but it had an interesting story. The ending was sad, I felt like I was going to cry.

Wrong Turn 2 wasn't as bad as some of the other straight to DVDs I've seen. It kept my attention at least.

The original "Night of the Living Dead' did so much damage. When I nightmare, it is usually zombies and everyone becoming one or being taken over by
them.
The first "Phantasm" was pretty hard to watch as well. Maybe it's the overall theme of you're doomed and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Can't watch anything with zombies, but did manage to get through "28 Days". Then I heard in the sequel that the zombies migrated from rage to eating people so never mind. |

A movie I saw recently for the first time, was Night of the Living Creeps, not really scary but I thought it was pretty good for the time the movie was made
and I think it was one of the first movies where the female becomes a heroine in the movie, rather than being the damsel in distress she steps up and kicks
some zombie ass! I think the movie slither borrowed the idea of the slithering slug like creatures for its movie.
The Phantasm movies kind creeped me out, especially those creepy midget minions of his. |

I just want to know what's going to happen when there's nothing left to remake. They're stepping into dangerous territory with Evil Dead and
Nightmare on Elm Street.
Oh well... I guess there's always Nightmare on Elm Street 2. |

A new Elm Street? With a new Freddy? Say it ain't so!

Raimi is the one want that wants to remake his own movie, Evil Dead. It's not just some random director picking it up.
I've been hearing good things are coming from the set of the remake for Friday the 13th, though. |

I watched the Orphanage based on recommendations here. It was a good movie. It wasn't terribly scary, but it was really creepy. I'm a big fan of the
Pan's Labyrinth dude.

Someone posted it a few pages back. I'm more worried about the new Nancy (if there's going to be one). Heather will always be Nancy to me. |

As for Friday the 13th...well, the original wasn't really that good at all, imo, so it's not like they'll have much (anything) to ruin anyway. |

I'd really rather not see any more remakes. Ever. Just make a new fucking movie for fucks sake. And if you don't have any original ideas, maybe you
shouldn't be making fucking movies.
Sam redoing Evil Dead isn't as bad as some random asshole doing it, but I still don't like it. <3 Bruce Campbell. |

Right.
The thing I'm worried most about with the Nightmare sequel is the producers or whoever making it "cookie-cutter," as in getting some lame CW stars and a corny Freddy. Ignoring the sequels for a second, the original movie was really dark and it needs to stay that way. |
