Gnarl, that article says that the lake is where the Ducks go too so they are probably shut down. Guess you'll have to go to the Ozarks if you want that
shit.
And I'm sure none of this would have happened if Mother Nature hadn't been so angered by the demolishing of the Wonder Spot. |

I lost a willow tree and two oaks over the weekend. Sunday night my boat lift with two wave runners in it flipped over. Also Sunday night, my neighbor's
last standing oak (they lost 5 trees last summer) finally fell-- right onto my outdoor fireplace and the kids' swingset. I have two inches of water in the
basement and the lake is three inches over the seawall into the yard. More storms forecast for Thursday through Saturday!!!
I'm happy that at least I still have a lake -- not like Lake Delton. I have 3 friends who have vacation homes there. They went up yesterday and are just devastated. |
