Um I use animation shop but I'm sure there are better ways to do it because people say that my gifs are grainy because animation shop compresses it a lot.

I use Adobe ImageReady to create all of my avi's. It sort of just goes along with Adobe Photoshop. You have to download the episode as a torrent first
though.
