Brandy's got it bad for Travis. she do. but i hope he doesn't follow up on that or we'll read about presley boiling in a pot sometime in the near future...

I was rooting for Andrew and Laurie, but I can't begrudge Presley and Travis their win, because they were so open and engaging. Desptie the sucky judging
and several preposterous challenges, I do hope this show returns next summer. Loved each and every one of the dogs!

I loved watching the dogs and I was both touched and entertained by the interactions between most of them and their owners/parents. So, I do hope CBS brings
the show back again for another season. That said, I also hope:
-That they do a better job in not advertising who their Chosen Ones are during the competition. Allowing the viewers to believe that the damn thing isn't fixed...is a good thing, ya know? -Lose this particular bunch of booooring, Lame. Ass. judges. I'm sure there are more interesting, dog-expert, tools out there that TPTB can sign on to tow the line toward whatever outcome the producers want to see at the end of the season. -More actual, dog-centric challenges next time around. -Personal suggestion for some of the many breeds I'd like to see participate if the show comes back: Dobie, Shiba Inu, Aussie Shepard, Beagle, Manchester Terrier, Schipperke and maybe a Papillon to represent the lil bits. |

I think what it finally came down to with the final three was that JD is very arrogant and Andrew was too clingy to Laurie. That left Travis and Presley.
Travis is very personable and Presley is fun. It really is subjective, but I was happy with the final 2 and since I have small dogs, I would have liked Andrew
and Laurie to have won. And I can understand Andrew's clinginess, my dogs are like that with both my husband and I, especially Becky with my husband. We
would have been evicted the first week LOL.

Now that the boxer pwned, some of the dogs I'd like to see are a rough collie, cocker spaniel, golden retriever, St Bernard, chihuahua, and a good old
fashioned mutt.

Lemme just add the cutelicious breed known as Yorkies to that lil bit representation part of the list for next season's canine cast. and a good old fashioned mutt. Cosign. Even though I already assumed that they'll make sure to include some smart, adorable muttniks in the lineup.

I was overall pretty satisfied with the outcome, but it did seem like they had some flawed reasoning (throughout the season).
Next season (if there is one) I want to see: English Mastiff French Bulldog German Shepherd Blue Heeler Rottweiler Great Dane Labrador Pug Chihuhua Cocker Spaniel German Shorthaired Pointer English Bulldog (they're just awesome) Bull Terrier Maybe a couple mutts too. |

its doesn't matter what breeds they bring into the next competition, but they should definitely change the judges to reflect different styles of training.

I knew JD and Galaxy were gone when he said he didn't learn anything and that he spent his time just watching the others make mistakes. When they talked
about the "duties" of the winner, it was a clear signal about why they picked Travis. No offense to Laurie, I liked her and Andrew, but clearly
Travis is a PR dream with his "aw shucks" country boy charm and non-threatening, CW network style good looks.

I would love a lab to be on the show. They are one of the most popular breeds so I'm kind of shocked that they didn't even have a single one. |
