11. Zoey - Sinnoh, Rival of Dawn
This dykey bitch thinks she's the fucking queen of Sheeba. Firstly she comes in with her fancy Glameow and is a complete cunt towards, nooby Dawn (who I'm not too fond of, either) and after that gets on her high horse and starts taking on people who can't decide between gyms or Pokemon contests. The one potentially good thing she did was convince Dawn and Ash to trade Buizel and Aipom - although it was pretty obvious it was going to happen, it's not as if they needed her intervention... ... bitch

10. Robert - Hoenn, Winner of Hoenn Grand Festival
This guy's not so much a bad character as he's just in an odd position. After Drew beat May in the semi-finals of her first contest, Drew went on to lose to this guy - so it's pretty clear that he knows what he's doing. At that point you think, ok, this guy's one of those one-episode Pokemon characters who we're never going to see again. Not so. Robert appears at the Hoenn Grand Festival... and wins the whole thing - but at the same time does something terrible. You see, Robert gave Ash's Snorunt (easily the best comic relief Pokemon on his team at the time) the confidence to use Ice Beam. Which, after being used in a battle against TR, allows Snorunt to evolve into the boring, expressionless Glalie. That's unforgiveable.
