3. Brock (Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow/Gold/Silver/Crystal/Fire Red/Leaf Green: Pewter City Gym-Rock Trainer)

If it weren't for the anime, Brock would probably be one of the more boring gym leaders in the game. He's got no real personality, and he's the first gym leader. As such, his Pokemon suck, and he's a Rock leader, which is the same as 50% of the other starting gym leaders. But thanks to the anime, we were allowed to witness the awesomeness of Brock. For one, he trains more than just rock types, as evidenced by his Vulpix, Crobat, Forretress, Lombre, and more. For another, he hits on 95% of the women in the game, leaving the other 5% for Ash (aka, the whiny bitch female companions Misty, May, Trainer...I mean Dawn, but that combination of three names in a row was too good to pass up.) Brock creates so much comedy with his womanizing, and is second only to James' crossdressing in terms of funny moments in the anime.

2. Flannery (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald: Lavaridge City Gym-Fire Trainer)

It wouldn't be a Kitty list without a generic Fire type making the top 3 (except DP, but DP sucks, so it's all good.) Flannery gets the two spot for being the hottest (pun intended) character in any of the games, save for one (Mmm, Pike Queen Lucy). After a disappointing selection of females in GSC, Flannery hit it out of the park with a young, hit outfit that made her look EXTREMELY sexy. Plus she would show off her stomach, which is one of the sexiest uncensored portions of a woman's body. But I'm not COMPLETELY shallow. I also rank Flannery high for having a funny name and for being a Fire trainer, which is awesome in and of itself. Sure, her Pokemon suck, but in RSE, they gave jack shit in terms of Fire-types. She also ranks in second place because she's one of the few girls, as far as I've seen, to not either ignore or be turned off by Brock. I think she (like magnificent Pike Queen Lucy) actually liked Brock, and it's fitting that they wind up beside one another on this list.

1. Sabrina (Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow/Gold/Silver/Crystal/Fire Red/Leaf Green: Saffron City Gym-Psychic Trainer)

The only gym leader intelligent enough to handle training a team of Psychic Pokemon, Sabrina is the man, or the woman as the case may be. Back in the days of RBY, Sabrina was the Queen of the Pokemon world. Dragons were tough, but they could be taken down with Ice. Ghosts were tough, but they were all half poison, weakening them. Psychic types though, only had two weaknesses, Ghost and Bug. And there were absolutely no decent Ghost or Bug attacks. PLUS, Ghosts and Bugs were typically half weak to Psychic anyway, making Sabrina a real bitch to defeat. She also had one of the better designs, especially in GSC, if I recall. She goes from this cool, refined badass to a whip-weilding dominatrix. So awesome. And Sabrina was also the best gym leader in the anime because she ruined Ash's shit on numerous occasions and turned Misty into a doll, thus taking her out of most of a grouping of three episodes. Sabrina kicked ass and will NEVER be surpassed as the best gym leader ever.
