Totally agree Cindi. I wonder if her back story would give away things they aren't ready for or if they just didn't feel like the could do her story
justice. I guess if they're skipping through time they still could tell her story.

I know Claire isn't necessarily dead, but it would really be shitty if they killed her off. I'm rewatching the show right now, and I just saw the
episode where the whole theme was that Claire had to be the one to raise the baby. And now with Kate raising Aaron, I don't know, it just seems like a huge
hole in the plot, like the writers forgot about that episode. I hope Claire is alive and is able to get Aaron back again for this all to make sense.

Yeah, I've been bitching about that for a while. I'm not sure that they won't just explain it away by saying the psychic was fake and therefore it
doesn't matter who raises poor babynapped Aaron.

My understanding of the psychic was that he was a fake except for the Clair/raise Aaron bit. Didn't he confess to being a fake but said that warning was
legit.

Um, well I may be reaching here but someone somewhere on here mentioned that the Claire in the cabin was the good Claire (ala "Bad Twin" I guess).
My impression is that the Claire that is telling her not to bring Aaron back isn't really Claire at all. It just doesn't make sense. And I don't
think they would leave something like that hanging in that manner. There was more than one episode where it was emphasized that Aaron had to be raised by
Claire. I even remember when The Others first got so big in the story thinking maybe it was "raised by an Other" like Juliet or something, ha.

Yes, the psychic did admit to being a fake in the episode with Eko. Which, if he really was faking with Claire, makes no sense. Because if he was a fake
psychic, why would he give her her money back and send her away without telling her anything the first time? And why would he not really want to tell her when
she went back? And then still give her her money back? There is NO WAY I will ever believe that he was supposed to be a fake in that episode. Ever.

I don't think he's a fake either. He might not always see a customer's futute, but I really believe he saw something with Claire.

My theory at the time of the S2 ep was that he was a fake but had a real vision with Claire and that was why he freaked out. But having just rewatched the S1
ep, I don't think his reaction was consistent with that. Plus he knew she was pregnant. And I didn't see any way he would have been able to glean that.
