So basically every woman just lucked or rode coatails into her win and the men with their challenge winning ways was robbed every season a female won.No, because as much as I may not like Cerie, Courtney, Candice, Parvati, or Natalie, they at least played the game part of the time. They may not have won (except for Parvati), but they didn't sit around on their asses waiting for everyone else to pick each other off, either. I'm saying Vee is the first one to win by doing nothing in the game whatsoever, let everyone else do the work, and because everyone else played the game got no shit on her so that she could rely on a pissed off jury and supposedly clean hands to win. Survivor's ratings dropped precipitously from that point because it seemed to the audience that the only way you could win the game was by not actively playing the game at all and anyone who showed abilities in challenges or in the social game was automatcially dead meat. One of the reasons, btw, that Tom's win in Palau was and is so popular with the general public, because the trend got reversed.

1. rupert. seriously, he should be on everyones list. he won a million yet got 8th place. ruins the whole concept of the show.
2. terry/tom - "american heroes" terry was just an emulation of tom that failed. both of them sucked and ruined their respective seasons. 3. mary / brianna / melissa / jenniffer /ashley - theyre all the same and i dont need to explain why 4. osten. 5. AMBER. AMBER. MOTHER FUCKING AMBER. (not so much australian amber...she still sucked there but didnt "ruin" anything. in all stars she ruined everything.) |

The people responsible for Survivors drop in quality is SEG,and SEG alone. They try too hard to make Survivor run a certain way editing wise and twist wise,and
it just ruins everything. Survivor is NOT a sporting event and noone is intrisically more "deserving".Also, I hate how the editors whitewash anything
that might upset the retarded casual fans.

Danni was invisible and she would've been gone if not for the auction giving her an advantage. Steph was on the road to win immunity and Danni got the chance to swap so yeah... screw producers, immunity challenges should be fair, even. No advantage due to purchasing it during auction, etc. Queen Stephenie could have bought the clue. She chose not to. Tough shit for her. |

Don't blame Amber for ASS.
1) Blame JLew and Lex for targeting winners and good players. 2) Blame casting for bringing back back too many "big personalities" aka hopeless social players who had no real chance to win (especially Sue and Alicia but there are others). 3) The idea that the way to win is to be the nice guy assistant coach goes back before Amber. Everyone always thinks the mastermind will lose and is suprised when Hatch or Dr. Will or Todd or Parvati pulls out a win. Rob M was the exception. 4) At least Amber livened up the unpleasantness of a Chapera victory with some romance. |

Can we please retire the "He/She won because the others sucked" bullshit argument? Survivor is all about adaptation, if you are up against
dumbasses and use it fully to your advantage, than you deserved to win just as much as any other winner. And I also despise the subsequent "If He/She was
in any other season, they would've lost" argument. Maybe but they weren't. They landed on a particular season, there's no need for shoulda
woulda coulda, it happened the way it happened. Tom used the alpha dad who leads his tribe to victory strategy on his season and it worked. Morasca and Parvati
used the highschool clique strategy in their season and it worked, Amber used the hide behind the annoying douche bag who does all the dirty work on her season
and it worked. All the winners used their particular strenghts and abilities in their season and it turned out to be the winning recipe. Some were lucky,
others had it in the bag from day 1. It turned out that way, you can't change history, so deal with it. Enough with the [insert random winner] didn't
deserve it as much as the others because of [insert pointless argument]
