Two of the guys, had the crotches of their pants around their kneecaps. These two were also wearing long tank tops, that went around half way towards the kneecaps, which was where the pants waistline was. They were kind of wobbling / walking. My question is this. How the freaken hell do their pants not drop around their ankles? Do these guys use safety pins? WHY IS THIS STUPID FAD STILL GOING ON? Don't they know how stupid they look?
