The boat exploding and Sun's reaction was one of my favorite moments of the entire series so far just for how moving it was. Damn fine work all around. Now I'm curious as to how exactly they will handle season 5. Will there be more of a focus on the O6 going back or on the island during the time the O6 are living life? I'm sure we'll see a lot of both (though I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't show any of the island until the O6 came back to see what happened), but it seems like they'd focus more on one of the two and use the other for the season's flashback/forward/sideways fodder. It'll be interesting to see whether they'll put more focus on the main characters or the island the show is about. Hell, it might even hint on whether the writers want the season to be more character-based or setting-based. This season just blew me the hell away. I actually enjoyed every single episode, and I can't wait to see how this all pans out. The next two seasons are going to be insane.

Is that where they were camped at? If it was it wasn't much of a Temple or ruins of a Temple as far as I saw. I was hoping for a Temple that sported another large foot or sumthin'.

Whatever happened to Desmond's "vision" of Claire & the baby getting into the helicopter? The whole deal at the end of last season was that Charlie had to die in order for Desmond's vision of Claire & the baby getting into the helicopter and being rescured to be completed. WTF? Did I miss something or have they just decided to abandon that whole plot line?

Except Aaron will be too old by that point. Maybe something happened along the way to mess it up. Desmond telling Charlie that he was going to die? or offering to go in his place? Because the death didn't go down quite as Desmond described it. He sort of implied that stopping the blinking light is what caused Charlie to drown when it was really the grenade from patchy....and the whole place wasn't underwater the whole time, as Desmond seemed to imply. I dunno, but the helicopter thing has been bothering me too. Maybe Claire has another baby

One of the reviwers pointed out that - "A final note about the "man in the box." This is a term generally referring to a "double" in a magic act. He's the guy who hides offstage before and after the trick has been performed. Sometimes it is the magician himself who has to remain hidden while his counterpart takes the applause. Or boos. (Check out The Prestige) I wouldn't be surprised if it was some sort of creepy Locke doppelganger laying in that casket- due to the help of Richard's secrets and an endless-bag-o-tricks Island that seems to like him a whole lot."

When Sun started screaming, my roomate loudly yelled, "Shut the fuck up, bitch! It ain't that god damn dramatic!" which totally ruined the moment for me, because then I spent about 20 minutes arguing with him over the fact that it's okay to show emotion even though yelling and acting like an idiot won't bring your husband back.

From what I've heard from Darlton or the media or somewhere not spoiler-affiliated, S5 is about why the O6 needs to go back to the island (which we don't know, past the fact that we know people are still there), and S6 is about what happens when they get there (which we knew they would).

Aww, thanks Sunshine. I guess I don't mind Locke being in that coffin as much as I would have in previous seasons. Now we know that being in a coffin doesn't equate with being gone from the show. But it did bother me seeing his face so scar-free. I'm thinking Locke has some bad times coming. Not physically but emotionally. Richard is just using him. Messing with him. Poor Locke will be made the fool. I don't think Locke will be the one who will be able to cavort around in time. It will be Richard as we've already seen. Richard's pulling all the strings on the island. I'm going to be a basket case for the next 8 months.

Thank you for your email. Last night some equipment malfunctioned during the final episode of Lost. This technical difficulty at WBRZ resulted in the freezing of the video on our analog signal. The problem was traced to a piece of equipment we are required to have by the FCC. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have been working today with the ABC network and have gotten permission to re-broadcast the program. We will re-air the second hour of the Lost season finale on Sunday, June 1 at 10:35 p.m. So, I will get to watch the second half without having to sit at a computer! :)

Micheal saw Libby on the freighter. Hurley saw Charlie at the nuthouse. I thought (after the "Penny's boat" scene that so resembled the raft scene in the S1 Finale,) that Boone died S1, Libby S2, and Charlie S3, and maybe they were chosen by the writers for Jack to mention as a nostalgic reminder of sorts for loyal viewers as to how far we've come and what we've experienced with the characters thus far. (Though I think Michael saw Libby in the hospital after driving into the wall rather than on the freighter?) I think your take on it is more plausible though, since eventually it seems there's a reason for everything. Hopefully this won't go unexplained, either in a future episode or in an interview.
