Why they're #28: They weren't originally on my list, but the crowd wants what it wants!
Why they're not higher: Psychic Pokemon were WAY overpowered in 1st gen.
They basically had to come up with two new types and split the entire
special stat as we know it, to nuke them.
Honorable Mention: ABRA
Dayum this little bugger was hard to catch. What genius thought it'd be funny to make a super-fast Pokemon that only knows Teleport?? Bastards.
