Y'know, I have to admit I was rooting for the balloon pirate.

This show makes me laugh more than any other.
And of course nobody could ever have enough of big balls. |

I have to admit though, I'm liking this show a lot better now than I did when it first started and I thought it was just a crappy MXC clone.

Does anyone love the new obstacles? I love the 2nd stage "king of the mountain" course, it makes it easier for less physical people to win.

...What are you guys talking about? Did I miss an episode? I remember the rocket ship thing but have no clue about the gipe sisters or bored brittany.

There was a new episode on right after it. I missed it too.

The first episode was hella boring. Sausage fest = uninteresting. The second episode however was gold. "If I get down there I'm going to punch you in
the face" then 2 minutes later they're holding hands.

Given last week's fusty 1.3/3 in the 9:00 hour (The Goode Family, now on Friday), ABC did much better with its double-Wipeout.
From Zap2it.com: FOX averaged a 5.3 rating/9 share and 8.7 million viewers for the night. CBS took second in households with a 4.7/8, but ABC, 4.1/7, had more viewers (7.17 million to 6.8 million for CBS). NBC, 3.2/6, was fourth, and The CW was once again at the back of the pack with a 0.8/1. |

With ratings like that, chances are it will. I'm just worried about them running out of episodes in about 2 weeks if that's the case. Episode 7 last
year was already the Wipey Awards, so there would only be 2 episodes left before that if they follow the same pattern (which I doubt they would).

I have wonder if they ordered only a small number of episodes last season just to see how well it would do. It sure seemed like a small number. Now that they
know for a fact that it's a hit, they can order as many episodes as they'd like. It's not like it costs the network a ton of money. I actually
would enjoy a fall/winter season of it as well. That's when we need the laughs the most.
