I took the little one to see it today.
She thought it was scary and sad and asked to leave at one point. At the end she said she liked it. It takes a long time for the movie to go from being sad to being happy. We're going to try the American girl movie and the monkeys in space movie in the next couple weeks. |

We went and saw it last night. It was cute, and we liked it, but it wasn't like a "ZOMG bestest greatest movie evah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" type thing.
And I don't know how anyone could complain about the fatties, those fuckers flopping around when the ship was tilting was some funny shit. |

Saw it last night, and I have to wonder what it takes to impress some of you people who hated it.
YOU try making a movie where 80% of the characters can't talk and most don't even have a mouth. It was really genius storytelling because it made us feel for a fucking box with eyes and a shiny white glowing egg. |
