I don't put a whole lot of faith in Dial Idol. There are millions of votes received each week. DI only tracks a few thousand. I bet most of the viewing
public has no idea about DI.

Like Jedi said, the judges backed themselves into a corner tonight.
If Archie wins, the potentially best-selling performer of the season loses again. If Cook wins, the judges have egg on their face because it shows no one takes them seriously anymore. Either way it will be fun to watch.

I think DC is gonna win this thing. Archie's fan base has no room to grow. However, his hate base grew, each time a favourite contestant was voted off,
so I am sure DC is picking up those votes, and that is why he is in the lead

was so obvious last year that Jordin was going to win, that Blake should have left his cute little behind at home.

Dial Idol obviously won't help us tonight. Text votes are going to be a major factor and the site is down. It's going to be a nail biter.
A couple of things will be a tell tomorrow though. What the judges say on the red carpet and what Nigel says. If the judges do 180s and start praising Cook on the red carpet it's safe to say Cook's still in it, watch to see if Simon says anything like "I watched back on TV" or "overall Cook did better this season." If the judges stick by the Archie predictions it's over and Archie will take the title. If Nigel says it's shocking Cook probably wins. He usually doesn't go there for the finale. |

David Cook might have a better chance of winning because of the way he looks Dial Idol doesn't count text voting so the results aren't accurate. Most likely, there are towns where nobody uses Dial Idol |
