I'd hazard a guess that fran had nothing to do with calling anybody's bosses. what happened to Jester SUCKS B I G T I M E and probably was a result of the whole mess.

fran et al played w/ fire and got burned... and others got burned, too.

but there are rapists and child molesters out there who've done less time than the OT3 have for their crimes. and, initially, their motive was mostly to find out who'd been posting Some of their RL info.

IMO, it was their dalliance w/ C.ygnus that turned a game of "IP Match-Up Bingo" into something far more sinister looking than it really was. MadWomanKFC and C.ygnus were at each other's throats at the time, so when the MBA OT3 board and it's shenanigans were discovered (supposedly 'cause beautifulmobster had an easy to guess password), all hell broke loose.

the 3 were banned, booted, ostracized, and uberJuked right outta dodge.

yeah, it was an UGLY time.

but...

if ya ask me, (ok, nobody did, I know) OT could use more voices like thefrans and GNS and even bootyfulmother ('cept I think she turned into one of those FLDS ladies or summat)...

this place still holds a special place in my heart, but most of the time it just gives me heartburn (might just be TC's recipes, though)
