Anyone realize how much better, storytelling wise, they are than the live action ones?! I was shocked and impressed after seeing Batman: Mask of the Phantasm,
Subzero, and The Batman/Superman Movie.

I watched "Batman vs. Dracula" last night. The Joker was pretty cool as a vampire.

BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES was brilliant. I hated when they simplified the animation and made it more angular like the SUPERMAN cartoon.

I agree. I also hated how some of the regular villains transformed. They had it right with the early seasons.

I have to agree. The original designs were more art deco and the characters more Burton-ish. The stories were still great but the change was too abrupt.

Yes, they are awesome. I loved the first Batman movie as well as Batman: Begins though. It would be close.
The recent Justice League: New Frontiers movie is good as well. |
