An update for those who dont care:
My real estate agent sent me a listing of potential properties for us to look at and to choose what I want to see...
I found others I was interested that he did not supply so I will ask to see those as well, let the trainwreck homes begin!
BTW: the smaller home mentioned earlier, the agent won't stop emailing me and asked for feedback and JUST emailed me today saying the priced dropped a whopping $5,000 (smirk) and with only 1 month until closing, these guys will be DESPERATE to sell, I'm gonna keep in touch and just go look at other homes or if I want this one, just wait a bit longer and then offer them something ridiculously low if I still want that home.
