"THE MOLE"
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to continue with the application
process.
1. You must be 21 years of age or older as of March 1, 2008.
2. You must be a legal resident of the United States, and living in the United States.
3. You must acquire a passport, and deliver a copy to Producer on or before March 1, 2008 and be able to legally travel to and enter any foreign country to which U.S. citizens may be admitted.
4. You must be in excellent physical and mental health.
5. If you have ever been convicted of a felony or had a restraining order entered against you, you are not eligible to apply for or participate on "The Mole".
6. You must not currently be a legally qualified candidate for any type of political office and you must agree not to become a candidate until one (1) year after the initial broadcast of the episodes of the Program in which you appear.
7. If you are now, or have been within the past two years, an employee, officer, director or agent of HASCO Productions, Inc., Stone & Company Entertainment, Inc., the ABC Television Network, or American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (collectively, the "Corporations") or if your immediate family (mother, father, sister, brother, son or daughter, whether or not they live with you) or members of your household (whether or not they are related) are or have been within the last two (2) years employees, officers, directors or agents of any of the Corporations, you are not eligible to apply for or participate on "The Mole".
8. If selected for further consideration, you must be available to travel to Los Angeles for approximately two (2) days, tentatively scheduled between February 29, 2008 and March 1, 2009 (dates subject to change at Producer's discretion).
9. If selected for further consideration you will need to review, fill out, sign and return, in a timely manner, additional paperwork including a background questionnaire and additional release forms and waivers, which will be supplied to you by Producers.
10. You must be willing and able to travel to various locations, including but not limited to international locations, devote yourself on a full-time basis to the Program for an initial period of up to approximately Six (6) to Eight (8) weeks, and agree to be recorded up to 24 Eligibility Requirements hours a day by our crew. During such time you will not be able to communicate with your family and work except in the event of a family emergency.
11. If selected you must be able to travel back to Los Angeles, or such other location as determined by Producer for up to approximately One (1) additional week, at a later date to be determined by Producer in its sole discretion.
12. You must meet all physical and psychological requirements as set by Producer.
13. You must be willing to submit to physical and psychological exams and tests, to be conducted in Los Angeles by medical professionals selected by Producer.
14. You must be willing to allow Producer to conduct a thorough investigation of your background and personal history.
