I was hoping Amanda would win, despite misgivings about the way she messed around with Erik's head. But in retrospect Parvati deserved it more because she
was more open with the tribal council about the fact that she was lying and backstabbing in order to win the game, nothing personal.

I'd actually be interested to hear what Eliza has to say about why she voted off Dolly also. I mean, I know why she did it---Dolly wasn't committing to
one side or the other and Eliza herself was being target by the older girls---but I think it was a really stupid move. In fact, everything the young girls did
that episode was stupid. Eliza was stupid for voting for Dolly, Dolly was stupid for not committing to one side or the other, and the other young girls were
stupid for not targeting Scout, who was obviously the weakest person in the challenges. If they were smart all of the young girls, plus Lisa (who was part of
that alliance but who clearly wasn't a young girl, despite what she may have deluded herself to believe), would have all voted for Scout, and not only
would that have been the best move for them strategically, but it would have made the season much more enjoyable for the viewers as well. Could you imagine how
much better of a season Vanuatu would have been if Scout was voted off in the second episode instead of Dolly???
PS - Just to clarify, it was smart for Eliza to make a deal with the older girls, saying she'd vote for Dolly if they did. The only part that was stupid was actually voting for Dolly. She should have told the older girls she would vote for Dolly, but then she should have voted with the younger girls anyway. |

I love Eliza, but I too wonder why she voted off Dolly. Truth is, I was heartbroken Dolly's ass was voted off. Can't we somehow make it so people's
best features can stay and compete while their minds leave?
