Yes there is. You just don't announce the season as All Winner's and then start recruiting them all within the last month or so. They'll all come running back unless they're pregnant.

I love the idea of All Winners Edition, but once you get past imagining the inevitably awesome pre-show hype, you realize that there is no possible way for the execution to be anything but awful.

There's no reason for it to suck in the slightest. A lot of the winners were big characters and all but a few were amongst the biggest three or four of their seasons. As for the gameplay, it could go in any direction. Tina can stick around because everybody fears Tom. Or maybe that tribe wants to have insurance and win a lot of challenges so they boot Tina? Maybe Hatch goes because of his reputation? Or maybe he stays because he forms in alliance with other slimeballs or ends up being a nice F2 goat? Nobody knows how this thing would play out. The fact that they're all winners would pretty much mean that the game starts over on a completely level playing field. Past reputation doesn't matter when everyone knows you all had the same outcome.
