Yes but that doesn't say where he placed. He could have placed 2nd and did a Colby move and took someone he couldn't beat.
No one knew where James placed. Amanda telling Parvati that she made it to the END is CHEATING and could DEFINITELY be used to influence Parvati's decision. Would Parvati align with a favorite who went out early, or a favorite who she knows made it to the end? It's fucking cheating and I am seriously pissed off, and I can't believe more of you are not. |

It really is. I can't believe CBS let that go in a confessional.
It's a DIRECT influence in Parvati's game who to align with. Maybe Parvati would have avoided Amanda with no idea where she placed, who she was. If she hears or is told that she's in the FINALS of another season, of course you're going to want to align with someone good and trustworthy. It's downright unfair! I get more pissed the more I think of it. UNLESS everyone knew. Was it just Parvati? |

Wouldn't they have told all the other castaways about how China went before they started? I mean it hadn't aired but it had ended and since they were
cast as favorites it seems pretty obvious that they would give the other cast members a heads up as to how James and Amanda did on their season, even if they
didn't have the edited footage to show them.

It's not so much the fact that Parvati knew how Amanda placed...its more about Parvati's connections with people behind the scenes. It's a major
conflict of interest, imo. Of course, once she's on the island its her game to play...but she obviously had more of an advantage than someone like Fairplay
who probably has ZERO people connected to him coming in.
