Amanda in both seasons got to end and in a respectable way. Not by riding coat tails like Ethan, V, Amber, Aras. I do agree that she is a very bad Final 2/3
person at the final TC. Her speeches were horrible. But she did get there no matter what. That has to count as something.

Amanda got to the finals twice which counts for something, but if people had seen her season in its entirety, I think she would have been out sooner.

Seeing S15 would have only made her a more attractive F2 partner for Parv and Cirie, because the ASS were mostly big jury threats. James lived S15 with her, and Ozzy was in love. I also think my Buffalo Bills deserve more respect for being the only team to make the Superbowl 4 straight years.

Parv got along with Kathy in S16 better than Amanda did with Denise And Parv's social skills would work on a gay man like Todd who preferred to ally with girls like Courtney and Amanda. The issue is whether Parv could beat PG in one of the last 2 challenges. Amanda and PG went to the last round of the F5 IC, and Amanda might have been the only thing preventing a PG immunity run to victory.

Amanda love <3 <3 <3
She is so unfairly called a bad player just because she isnt liked. She made the best move in China by getting rid of James (and no, dont say Todd came up with that because he actually wanted to take James to F4 at that point) and she played the idol in the best way ever in survivor history (actually going around camp getting solid confirmations that she will have the votes and then using acting skills to ensure they wouldnt change their votes, then use it to blindside your opponent). Most of all, she is amazing at actually getting herself into a strong strategic position which will allow her to make it far in just about any situation or season. I think that if she came back to do a season again then she would actually play a much better endgame because she would have had the opportunity to learn from her mistakes. |
