I have one Beatles cover on my iPod, it's the Rufus Wainwright version of Across the Universe yw. <-------That's the one that made me fall in love with Rufus. Now I have every CD on my i.Pod. Nice version by Marvin. |

The American Masters special was where I heard it first too. I immediately downloaded it and have listened to it 20 times.
A really good cover brings something new to it and doesn't just mimic the original. This version of Yesterday has an angst and hurt that the original never had. |
