There are two ladders in the background of that picture. One of them has all of the rungs and the other is missing all of them. I'm leaning toward the ladder leading up to what Jeff stands on to comment on the challenge. It seems a little to big and extravagant to be that, though. Hmmm. "Hand on the Immunity Idol" ). Since the recycled Panama perch challenge is not that type of challenge, that IC is not the Final one. I can't recall that CBS has ever released press images or promos which showed the Final IC.

ETA: Didn't the CI do a similar challenge in the final 4 for immunity? This challenge was endurance in CI, not like the raise the flag one in EI and Micronesia. I could actually imagine Cirie being good at this, sorta like sticking the surgical instruments into the right place in the patient. Just by looking at the pictures, the black and white measuring thing is at different levels for Cirie and Natalie, so I think the way it works is that as they pour water into the main tube, it connects and loops around to a tube with the measure attached to a float in it, so that the water level rises, moving the measure up? So Natalie seems to be getting close, and probably when something at the bottom of the measuring marker shows up, they win immunity? In Amanda's picture, that's either before the challenge begins or she falls off during the challenge. I also think that it'll be a F4 reward (ladders), F4 immunity (perch) and then a surprise F3 immunity (endurance)
